SSP Leadership and Voluntering Information - secondary schools
The Youth Sport Trust promotes the Step into Sport website which enables students aged 14 - 19 to register voluntary hours at their school (for example helping at your school sports day) or volunteering at a community placement (for example helping at the local netball club or in School Sport Partnership events)
There are awards available for validating 50 hours, 100 hours and 200 hours which have to be verified by a school mentor.
